What should I bring with me?
Everything you need is provided here. Our shower services and personal care items are available as well.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your services, so that you have time to change and relax in our lounge area.
What should I wear during my massage?
This is a matter of personal preference. Many guests choose to disrobe completely, but others prefer to leave on their undergarments. Your body will remain professionally draped throughout the massage, except for the area being worked on.
What if I have a special health concern?
Please notify your therapist if you have any medical conditions that he or she should be aware of.
What if I am uncomfortable during my treatment?
If anything should interfere with your comfort or relaxation, we encourage our guests to speak up. Whether it be the temperature in the room or the pressure of the massage, our therapists are eager to cater to your needs. Please don’t hesitate to notify us of any discomfort.
What is customary when it comest to tipping?
Most guests leave 15-20% gratuity. Gratuity can be left by cash or credit card.
I am pregnant, what services can I have?
We offer many services that are both safe and enjoyable for the expecting mothers. A Concierge will be happy to assist you in selecting the perfect treatments.
At AgeLess, your spa experience begins with your first phone call. Our guest relation specialists will be happy to assist you for your spa day. Scheduling spa services will take just a few moments of your time to ensure that everything will be just right for you.
AgeLess does adhere to a 24 hour cancellation policy. We ask that you provide 24 hours notice when cancelling and rescheduling all appointments. Otherwise we do fully charge for missed appointments.
A credit card is required to schedule spa services, so please have your card available when calling.
AgeLess SPA will provide a refund on merchandise within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt. Merchandise must be unopened and untampered. Funds will be refunded in the original form of payment at the time of original purchase. Please note, Gift Cards are non-refundable.
