Due to the national emergency, our spa and medical practice is closed and will remain closed until the Arnot Mall reopens.

Dr. Cilip is available for medical video and telemedicine visits.

You can contact Dr. Cilip through the patient portal or via email at drcilip@agelessllc.com.  You will not be able to leave a message if you call the office, unfortunately.   For urgent matters, the answering service number is 607-398-3044.

At AgeLess Integrative Medical Spa, the health and well-being of our patients, employees and community is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to being responsive to your needs as the situation evolves.

We strongly encourage you to contact our office to reschedule your appointment if you experience any of the following:

  • Symptoms of acute respiratory illness such as coughing, fever and shortness of breath.
  • If you have recently traveled to any locations that have a Level 3 travel health notice for COVID-19. Please allow at least two weeks between your return date and your appointment.

If you have been in close contact with an individual diagnosed or ordered to self-quarantine.

As always the health, safety and well-being of our patients, employees and community is of paramount concern. We will continue to monitor this quickly evolving situation and are here to assist our patients as needed.

It is important to remember in this unprecedented time to follow stricter hygiene guidelines. Wash or disinfect your hands frequently and after contact with other people. Cover your cough completely. If you are ill with respiratory symptoms, avoid spreading it to others by maintaining adequate social distancing of 3-6 feet. Avoid crowded venues as much as possible.
